Judo

 My Son's were introduced to Judo 6 years ago

It gave them dispine,confidence, strength of character. And A Family forever. They are older now and don't have time to go but the wonderful thing about Martial Arts .It's something you can always go to to start and recenter yourself.

As a single parent it was hard working 8-10 hours driving home and then driving to get them driving an hour to take them to judo and waiting 2 hours and driving a hour home three times a week but we did for 4-5 years . All sports and activities take dedication on the family as a whole and to me that is the best part of parenting. I may not be able to provided my kids with the best clothes or material things but my time in their health happiness and growth ..I can give them.
